・Due to production timelines, T-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed for registrations completed after October 21.

Notes
・Event updates and important notifications will be sent to the contact email used during registration. Please ensure your information is accurate.
・Each order is limited to one ticket. Please place separate orders for multiple attendees.
・TAS’26 does not offer on-site ticket sales.
・Admission requires one valid ticket per attendee. Please present your QR code e-ticket at check-in for badge collection.
・Your admission badge serves as a two-day event pass. Please wear it throughout the event and keep it with you for Day 2 entry.
・Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation arrangements.
・Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure your preferred seat.
・Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the venue. Lunch and light refreshments will be provided on both days.
・Photography, audio recording, and video recording are strictly prohibited during all sessions.
・The organizer reserves the right to adjust the event format, agenda, or program if necessary.

Notes on Invoice Issuance
・TAS’26 uses the KKTIX ticketing platform. All refund requests will be processed through KKTIX.
・A 10% processing fee will be charged for all refunds.
・Refund requests will not be accepted within 10 days prior to the event, excluding the event date itself.
・Invoices for paid tickets will be issued on-site during the event.
・If you require an invoice for company reimbursement, please provide the correct company name and tax ID number during registration.
・Invoices are not available for free tickets.

・入場證為兩日活動通行憑證，活動期間請全程佩戴並妥善保管；第二日入場時亦須出示。
・與會者須自行負擔交通與住宿費用。

・本活動採用 KKTIX 平台售票，退票與退款作業將依 KKTIX 規範辦理。

・入場票券之發票將於活動當日現場提供。
・如需公司報帳，請於購票時正確填寫公司抬頭與統一編號，以利發票開立。
・免費票種恕無法開立發票與統編。
